1. Agreement Overview

Welcome to Erase Background Pro (hereinafter referred to as "this Website" or "this Service"). This Service is independently operated by an individual developer, with the official domain name: erasebgpro.com.

This User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is a valid contract between you and the operator regarding your access, registration, and use of all services provided by this Website. 2. Service Description

  1. The operator reserves the right to optimize, upgrade, and adjust product functions, interfaces, and service rules at any time without separate notice to users.

3. Account Registration and Use

  1. Users need to complete registration and set a password throughemail to use the full service.
  1. You promise that the registered email is your own real and usable email, and you shall not fraudulently use or steal others' emails to register an account.
  1. You have the obligation to properly keep your account and password. The operator shall not be liable for account theft, point loss, or member rights damage caused by your own disclosure, lending, or sharing of the account.

7. Disclaimer

  1. The operator shall not be liable for compensation for image loss or processing failure caused by the user's own operational errors, damaged materials, or network abnormalities.

Operated by an individual developer, no additional compensation will be provided if the service is terminated due to force majeure, policy supervision, or platform rules.

8. Agreement Modification
